Python DCCL
===========

For when you want DCCL inside a virtual environment. Upstream only supplies full source
or ubuntu package installs. This package extracts the minimal layer required from the
source package and enables building multiple different versions using the installed
headers and library to link against. Note that the elements copied from the source
change relatively infrequently compared to the core library.
